Unity State mourns the passing of Dhaidor Turoal Thaibany, the spiritual Leader of Leek Nuer Community

Re: Condolences to the family of Dhaidor Turoal Thaibany (Spiritual Leader of great Bentiu, Leek Community)
May 1, 2016 (SSB) —- The Northern Liech State Government under the leadership of Governor Dr Joseph Nguen Manytuil send out the State Heart felt condolence to the Greater Bentiu and particularly the family of Dhiador Turoal Thaibany who had passed away yesterday in his home village called Turakiel, its very untimely death and unwelcomed by the entire people of Bentiu and its authority.
The Late Dhiador Turoal had been the centre piece that glue together the communities of Bentiu and as a visionary leader with a wisdom greater beyond any measurable term, we the Bentiu communities have learned everything that the late had taught us in tough times and in good times, he had played his role as a responsible man that is surrounded by not only Leek People but the entire people from South Sudan, his home area in Turkiel is home to every person in our country.
The Leek people in particular will regrets and mourned the loss of their paramount spiritual leader who had been in number of years performed miracles that had seen people staying alive and communities staying in peace, however not only Leek community that will be in this pain but the entire State and even the Country, he loved and had been survived by a number of children, wives, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and relatives, he lived his life as a hero among his community and his generation.
He is a symbol of hope to unity among the people, he fed the hungry and shelters the needy in his home village, he is a selfless person with a heart of love and humility , he will never be forgotten because he is a part and parcel of this country independent and always stand by the truth and this is how our dad Dhiador had been leading the Leek Community and even the neighboring communities.
All of the people from Bentiu sees themselves in him either through extended inter-marriages or through friendship and kinsmen, he will be remembered and always in the hearts of the communities of Greater Bentiu,
Today our Governor Dr Joseph Nguen Manytuil and his entire Government mourned his death and prayed that God uplift his soul in eternity and in peace as a old man of all the people, as a old man of mercy and love , his blessing will spreads around us as a state and as a country , He died just right when the Government of Transitional Government of National Unity was taking oath and peace is back to our dear country , peace have come to our dear State , am sure because of his bright heart , he dies after seeing peace is finally here.
The cause of death is because of a long wound on his ankle which he had been nursing for the last 3 years now, this wound had developed and spread to the other sensitive nerves of the body and this is what had been the main reason of his death, he dies at his old age and he had seen and build the community of LEEK to what its today as well as the community of Bentiu which consists of Leek, Bul, Jikany, Jagei, Dok, Haak, Nyoung, Abiomnum, Parieng, he had been building this communities among themselves for years and today he is gone , he will never be forgotten.
It’s a news that will sadden many and please bears with it, it’s a pain that only God will be able to relieves it in our hearts but the memories will always remain fresh and untouched about our father Dhaidor Turoal Thaibany (Spiritual Leader of great Bentiu, Leek Community)
