May 5, 2015 (SSB) —-  According to Jean Jacques Rousseau, a famous Genevan philosopher and writer of the past 21 centuries, who once thought over the special interest in legislation in the quintessence of corruption?  “When particular interests begin to make themselves felt and sectional societies, to exert an influence over the greater society, the common interests and expectations of the citizens becomes corrupt”. If the fairness of criminal trial depends on the group to which the dependant belongs, then we should cry ” corruption “and complain about the inequality distribution of national piece of cake or government seats representation from our president Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit for having not always think to weight the balanced of his government to properly checks who is represented and who is not before his ink signature for SSTV announcement.

I must confess to you Mr president that” you have shot yourself in the feet” from some parts of communities and newly created States who are very loyal to you since the inception of your regime and turned your eyes and back away from them while decided to pleases only those who rebelled and disturb your regime. Mr president if you are to take the opinion polls from the streets then you will realised that your actions have dug the huge holes on your footsteps that needs  revisiting to review your political calculations into balance sheets.

The complaints of the public about the violation of rule of law is disputable because the wealthy routinely has dominated the dismaying legislative process since our constitution is like a dead log on the roadside. I also came to realised that “laws are invariably useful to stubborn figures, those who owned properties and harmful to those who do not”.  In every known society, things continues “iniquitous decrees that aim to protect only particular interests are passed under the false name of laws in South Sudan.  The only way to abolish such greediness, corruption, selfishness, and special-interest is to respect and strengthen the legislature to make sure that “there should be no more sectional rebellion or tribal association that aim in getting power or representation at gun point which brought massive destruction in our country”.

Corruption is inevitable because organised interests with varying degrees of power irrepressibly emerge in every time to time in the society.  A few powerful notorious political groups naturally sprout forth and cannot be prevented from manipulating law for their private advantages as we have just seen in the formation of National Government of Transitional Unity which sparked a lot of hullabaloo from citizens in the nation due to it rotten old faces ministers, the same hyenas again rearing the goats, corrupts and the lack of an equally representation by the president.

The political hunger however unjust and is therefore not the exception but the rule itself!! Hmmmm ” my bewilderment if I may ask question is like where does this spirit of laws that always favoured the strong against the weak,  and the one who has against the one who has nothing come from?

Is it a universal laws or is for South Sudan alone”?  This inconvenience caused to the citizens by their own politicians is inevitable and it is without exception that do not breathe harmony and unity between the subject and their masters. The poor citizens of South Sudan initially delight to social contracts, believing it to be a league for mutual relief and benefits, but little did they discover that it is a swindle designed to benefit the rich.  They always use their influence to foster false interpretation to see us divided on their different political fields of support and later apply laws or corrupt after “we” the innocent public get used up to serve his/her interests while in actual sense disregarding the needs and fears of most of his fellow citizens.

Hehehehe, “the polling stations and dark shadow of history will not forgive you”. If remaining on top or flying in the space over and over again was that precious enough, then all things which have wings to fly wouldn’t bother of landing on the ground to interact with people, they would have stayed up space. There is no tree who doesn’t shades off it leaves during dry season,  in fact everyone need success but not everyone get it,  this entails that there is beginning and ending of everyone history.

In behaving this way, you have discloses the darkest truth about human nature that befalls Adam and Eva with irreversibly cursed showered upon them by God. Whenever they can, people will avoid an equal sharing of burdens.  If they can get away with it, they will engross sweet pleasures and gratifications for themselves and their immediate circle and offload thankless tasks and noxious living conditions upon others which is clearly witnessed in just concluded power struggle. Hmmmm, “the polling stations and the dark shadow of history will not forgive you my politicians”. Some political figures are programmed by the nature to dislikes prevalence of peace, unity, development, and Justice since they were born.

They always talk rights, and seek rights without responsibilities and are eager to exempt themselves from generally inapplicable rules or means.  As a young grown up concerned citizens of this country my notebook is full of wrong witnessed incidents and I come to doubt that whether human beings especially South Sudanese will escapes the Origin sin even if God decide to uplift His sanctioned on mankind’s attitudes, because we often thinks in this sinful way in which the minds and hearts of others are conquered by the devils ill intentions. Man-made laws will always reflect special interests and will therefore never be truly legitimate if nothingness of the wisdom is done to cement it.

May God have mercy to serve the lives and future of our country South Sudan!
