Why is Lino Lual Lual libeling Hon. Makiir Gai and Santino Akot Abiem?
Psychopathic cynicism of Lino Lual should cease!
By Sunday de John, Juba, South Sudan
June 3, 2016 (SSB) — Despite his incapability, the very Lino Lual, a self-professed hater of Santino Akot Abiem, Makiir Gai and Sunday de John has again managed to write his incoherent, vague, libeling but lengthy article in the interest of his uninformed clique.
His current article, titled, “Servant as a leader: Hon. Makiir Gai is not the leader of Aguok Kuei community” published by PaanLuel Wël blog has been lengthy with little content. I think, I could be dealing with a psychopath, one that I can correctly refer to as insane bloviator.
It could be true that Lino Lual isn’t sound in mind and perhaps he is manifesting by writing his shoddy articles the salient signs and symptoms of his own inherent lunacy.
A man of severe lunacy of Lino Lual Lual’s caliber should be dissuaded and kept away from hard mental works because he can simply worsen his deteriorating mental ability by even graduating into an unrestrainable mad man.
Mr. Lino Lual doesn’t know that I was writing in good faith in rebuttal of his then article focusing on libeling people of indomitable commitment, the likes of Akot Abiem whose hard work has pertinently been known to South Sudanese.
This mediocre has made several hints on bribes granted to Sunday de John to write him off. “Lies, sex and money are the greatest factors that bring about immediate fall of a man”, this has been the most admired phrases of my then article published in my own Magazine, the Stone Soup.
I have never been bribed by anybody else leave alone the duo (Makiir and Santino Akot Abiem). I don’t live on bribery tokens. My junior colleagues in medical profession, perhaps you know them, the likes of Luka Geng Geng, Gurken Ciman and many others that I had introduced to the media can attest to that fact.
I happened to be the youngest Sudanese Columnist and it was through hard work and commitment to ethical writing that made me won the hearts of Sudanese press superintendents in the Sudan Press Council to allow me at my young age, in 2004 to author my seasoned column the “THIRD EYE”.
Mr. Alfred Taban had been my chief editor, mentor and I worked under successive leaderships of different managing editors namely Tabani Joseph, Adam Chalong and able editorial advisors, then Edward Ladu Terso, and Anna Nimiriano Nunu.
I had never been bribed by anybody, and I shall never be bribed by anybody with whichever valuable material. The only thing that can happen is that, my heart can be won through good deeds. Therefore, if you want to admit that the duo in question have won my heart through their good deeds, it won’t be denied.
It is undeniably true that Makiir Gai’s deeds are enormous and mustn’t be envied. We ought to commend good hands of other people even if they haven’t touched us. You and I do not need to be helped by Makiir so that we can believe that he has done this and that.
Moreover, your allegations that Makiir has ran away with Gen. Kerubino Kuanyin’s money isn’t right. You are abusing our hero by dragging his precious name to your stupid argument. Gen. Kerubino Kuanyin is a hero, he isn’t a businessman. Yes, Makiir owned a restaurant in Mayen Rual.
How different is it from your cooking job. Everybody can cook, if I know how to cook, I can cook and I think it wouldn’t be criminal. His restaurant in Mayen Rual is the genesis of his wealth that he is now using for the benefit of many South Sudanese. Makiir has many achievements but my happiness comes in when I see him giving back to the society.
I have no space to enumerate his achievements and what he has done to people of South Sudan and the people of Gokrial in particular. He is really pairing higher than yourself. You have accused him of marrying many wives yet, I don’t know why it pains you as though you would be their co-wife.
I can’t libel your wife or brothers and sisters, however, your good self has many weaknesses that could numerically be outlined as antisocial, fake writing and a mere accuser who doesn’t gather information but who writes outrageously for perhaps bribes in libeling people.
It seems, you don’t know media ethics and that is why you are writing to tarnish Makiir Gai’s and Santino Akot Abiem’s families. Don’t write about anybody’s children.
You referred to Makiir Gai’s children as lovers of money more than their father. Where do you meet? Are they also grabbers of Aguok community’s leadership? Fake you.
You bragged about having a wife, that isn’t the measure of maturity. Maturity is all about developing a capable brain. With mature brain, one has the ability to distinguish between a libel and real criticism.
You are an empty critic. You insult at will without considering other people’s feeling. You talk because you can afford to talk. That is talking for free. You have been on many counts talking of education as the reason of putting somebody into the leadership position.
The inherent hatred that you have harbored for years against the duo shouldn’t spill over to me. Yes, I come from Yirol but that doesn’t mean my intellectual confines are only meant for my home area. I am an aspiring South Sudanese writer who has on many counts mentioned that I don’t have to be restricted to write on issues related to Yirol.
Since you are in the center for peace and development in the University of Juba, I urge you to promote peace right from Gokrial and wide even to Yirol. Stop bloviating, have peace with yourself and erase that act of libeling from your small mind.
Dear Mr. Lino Lual, your psychopathic cynicism should cease, with immediate effect. I hope this serves the day.
Till then, yours truly Mr. Teetotaler!
