President Kiir to change his signature to save the country resources from forgery

By Abraham Akoon Deng, Nairobi Kenya

life imprisonment sentencing
16 convicts, including foreigners, of theft in president office finally sentence to life imprisonment and will pay the money

June 18, 2016 (SSB) — The high court order president Kiirdit to change signature due to the forgery of his signature which lead to imprisonment of 16 people. The consequent of forgery is the felony to any person found committing this offence of forgery. I was surprise when I heard the high judge order president to change official signature with immediate effect.

It is only south Sudan where the case of forgery is common everything is forge. Started from money to the travelling and migration documents such as national ID, passports and academy papers. Now the question is will the high court do the same thing to minister of finance and interior and migration minister to change their official signatures? And do you guy supports the decision taken by high court to safe the country resources from the forgery?

They said if president fail to change his signature he will be held responsible for making signature so easy for thieves to loot the public resources. And I will refers this quotation to what happen in the office of president “it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for the rich man to enter the kingdom of God”.

Source from two difference chapters and verses in the Christians holy book in mark 10:25 and Matthew 19:24. This quotation is one of the summarizing the vanity of wealth and life. I use the quote because of 16 people imprisonment on Monday where 12 people are south Sudanese nationalize and 4 of them are Kenyans nationalize.

And in Kenya you cannot found a foreign working in commissioner’s office or governor office leave the office of president. But what make Kenyans to be working and employed them in president’s office?

Having employed Kenyans in his office mar president was the one of his weakness there is no were in this world were you can find foreigners working in the office.

It was just an assumption that we don’t have people who are qualified to do that job in the office of the president while south Sudan is the only country that got it independent with thousand of graduate and five universities.
