July 25, 2016 (SSB) — A Presidential Decree will be issued today July 25, 2016, by His Excellency General Salva Kiir Mayardit, the President of the Republic of South Sudan, relieving His Excellency Dr. Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon, the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan and then appointing His Excellency General Taban Deng Gai, as the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan. The Presidential Decree will be read on SSBC at 8:00 PM Juba Time.
