July 30, 2016 (SSB) — I have been saying all long but no one is listening to me and I think our misunderstanding for some time is pushing us away from doing right thing at the right time in the right place. There is nothing important than showing your commitment in anything you want to do it right and let the Public judge your work perhaps, the result of your commitment will be stunning and your encouragement will not only make different but also it will make people proud about you.

The former designated vice president had signed so many peace agreements in the Sudan and none of its document had been successful and this is because he was lacking his own commitment and trustworthy. Our culture is absolutely playing a significantly damaging the young nation, because some of our culture within South Sudan regions spelling that, killing another human being will earning a good but the powerful man and looting others cows or properties will make you richest in the society.

Tribalism is absolutely a big problems in the young nation basically, our people don’t sees themselves as one nation and they never believes that, they are Southern Sudanese people because they don’t know exactly what is good on being one people and one nation as the term we always borrowing from U.S President and that tear us apart instead, we should be calling ourselves as a South Sudanese people and helps each other’s whenever it is necessary.

Second to that, the peace agreement was inks twice in Tanzanian and Addis Ababa on August17-26/2015, the former rebels which turned designated vice president have not encouraged his own faction militias to respected the term which they signed, this let the SPLA pro Juba’s government and the Riek Machar’s militias both were seeing themselves very real enemies in one city and also they were fully arming to level of dangerous when each side rolling Red eyes to the others while, others turning guns and I think the IGAD,AU and other actors must takes blamed, because they were the one recommending two armed in the big village city of Africa according to those who term it that way.

I some time listen careful to all statement by the Officials of the Republic of South Sudan, from the beginning of the peace process in Addis Ababa, the Juba’s peace delegations led by Abraham Nhial Deng demand one army in South Sudan unfortunately, the above mentions groups plus the rebels delegations including general Taban Deng Gai and his former boss rejected immediately saying, they wanted to have their own commander in- chief, Defense and general chief of staffs but after clashing happened in Juba and some militias chose to returned bushes meanwhile, the former rebels leader still at large and others militias made their own choice to be part of one government and one president.

I wrote a letter and send to both Juba’s government and the rebels leadership asking them to have only one army in the young nation and I did mention the reason beyond doubt-ability however, the rebels leadership were known on demanding everything which made me not to belief there will be re-unification, reconciliation and starting healing the wound which took many lives innocently and million others Southern Sudanese people are left wondering what a country.

Finally, although the new acting first vice president is calling his groups to accepted one army and one president at a time thus, there are already some politicians calling to flashing out all Dinkas SPLA in the regions Upper Nile while, others generals have been seen preparing around 40,000 militiamen and White army or Nuers youths to come to Juba for real attacks and that goes back to what I have mentions above.

I think we will be talking about Locals people to have dialogues and peace in the grass roots however, there is a need actually to address the concepts of our cultures and tribalism issue before we can touch on selling your politics to people who are not civilizing. If we were to address our culture apparently, our grand -grands fathers and mothers played role within our societies therefore, I would be happy if there are some adjustment in term of culture hatred and addiction to rebellions.

Yes, there is a fundamental ways to resolve any dispute among society but killing and destruction of properties is not merely a crimes but also unhuman thinking. I thought our people will sitting down to discuss on how to moved young nation forward, rebuilding new nation by all ours Ideas but not killing each other for no reasonable than personal interest, greed, desperation on poor seeking leadership and I think the solution for South Sudanese problems will be found by the people of South Sudanese themselves and not by the third party who have been involved in our Affairs which fuel conflict further more.
