Democrat vs. Republican foreign policy: Is President Obama betraying the legacy of President Bush on South Sudan?
White house infighting is a contributing factor to the destruction of South Sudan by malign foreign forces
By Angui Deng Deng (manyang), Juba, South Sudan
August 14, 2016 (SSB) — The following quote from Richard Wolffe, sum it up well, “the Republicans tried to sink Obama. Instead, the party imploded” to me, It is not only the Republican Party which imploded, the American foreign policy imploded too under democrat party, As white house in fighting intensified.
In this point I would like to advise my fellow South Sudanese to cease insulting in general our friends American as a result of Obama’s government representative in UN, hijacking, AU and South Sudan good faith and well discussed agreement. Then turn it into controversial UN army force to restore already replaced Riek Machar. Of which this dishonest group see it as a logo of their corrupt project of dismantling successful Republican policy in South Sudan.
The Paranoid Obama administration is not only hurting us as South Sudanese, it is also killing the minority in America. You have seen recently and still continuing, the black minority being shot like animals in broad day light with impunity under Obama administration. When I heard American representatives in UN Security Council last Friday, using a made up story of little girls thanking SPLA soldiers for not killing her, it triggered the memories of little boy shot by the police in America June 25, November in 2002, for holding a toy.
The little boy was blame for having a toy and the killer of the child got a part at the back for shooting the little boy in so call self-defence. This is just turning the daily crime against black children, in their own country, and used it for South Sudan scenario. It was a made up story to exaggerate the severity of fighting in Juba and gave impression that it is still going on as they speak to win support dishonestly.
Obama foreign policies advisors have failed Obama administration miserably. As democrat and Obama run out of foreign policies Ideas, they started googling European old divide and rules policies. Whereby colonial powers, concentrated on breaking up existing power structures, by pouring in money into the hands of power hungry politicians’ and fraudulent media which they have planted into the countries and swindlers expert on those countries, who filled up papers with assumption to justify their cash from Obama administration.
When these amateurish policies failed in Libya and Middle East. The fair minded American and the whole world see Obama administration as a curse to innocent American who love humanity and the world that America implies to be policing. It is seen to have been attracting more curses to American than blessing. Especially, when Obama Administration used America might to threaten and cause insecurity in disguised of helping in every third world they applied their unprofessional policies.
With this total disaster overshadowing the legacies of the nearing out both Obama and his foreign policy advisors, paranoia began to replace their sense of worth, So, they are blaming Republican party for their failure to live up to American values of depending the weak country rather than destroying them.
Therefore, they resorted to revenge on Republican Party by dismantling any American successful foreign policy happened under Republican President.
So, South Sudan is one of Republican Party success foreign policy, which is shining on the Republican Resume. Hence the mission of the befuddled foreign policy advisors of Obama and the paranoid Obama administration is to destroy South Sudan and blame Republican for helping South Sudanese to get independent. The power struggle in South Sudan is Obama administration project.
Their invisible hands are suddenly becoming visible in Riek Machar Violent. I am sure our current patriotic, new first vice president already discovered some of this dishonest policies and he is buying none of it at the expense of his own people lives. This altruism towards south Sudan repeated claim by Obama administration should be demonstrated first to their own black minority who are 25% in death in the hand of police and prison. I would reserve calling this kind of altruism a hypocrisy but that is what it is.
Despite, the determination of SPLM/IO and their leader Taban Deng Gai, the first vice president promising the president Kiir to harmonised their implementation of agreement, Obama representative in united nation pushed the 4,000 army to be endorse to invade South Sudan, which according Lyman when talking to Aljazeera is the force coming to Juba to neutralised Juba and bring back Expensive Riek Machar in term of live and money to resume power struggle again. So that their mission of placing South Sudan under UN can be achieved using Riek Machar to distort the peaceful transition of power in South Sudan.
They do not even care about those who lost their lives as a result of Obama imposed two army in Juba they are banking on of the so call going back to status-quo where Riek and his soldiers are paid to bogged down the implementation of peace . This Obama demonstration is blinded with its local revenge on Republican that they do not see any right of South Sudan or suffering.
Riek Machar attacked in Juba was supported by those who trained and arm his protection force to attacked and empty the city into UNMISS camp. The second plan was UN forces coming in and take over Juba after alarmingly showing the number of Juba resident ran to protection cite and the need of more protection force to cope with the influx. When it did not go to plan and their favourite logo Riek Machar is invisibility. They have to go ahead with what ready plan anyway, using those who travel to Uganda after the security in Juba stabilised and the buses and plane resume their normal schedule.
It has nothing to do with President Kiir and former first vice president Riek Machar. When I heard the representative of United State of America in Security Council’s exaggerating the current problem in Juba to support the dishonest push for potential juba destabilising force, he said one thing that I agreed with him and many South Sudanese would also agree with him, among other appealing liars he was pumped into the hearts of well bribe audience.
What agreed with him on, He said there is no country invested in South Sudan more than America. This point was true, America had stand with South Sudanese at the time they need help most. When America took the lost boys to America from refugee camp, the live of those remained behind in the camp began to improve immediate as those lost boys turn around and pumped dollars into the camp. Emaciated refugee started glowing with health within no time. There are many individual American who helped and still helping South Sudan in their individual capacity and organisations.
Deborah Scroggins, the author of Emma’s War took courageously a risk as she went into South Sudan in dangerous time to record a history that would be known for life in South Sudan in this book called Emma’s war. However, Obama, Administration is not doing what America is already started with South Sudan, they miss using other American good work to achieve their dishonest project of revenge on Republican.
We always hear Obama hired analyst, saying it was a mistake for America to help South Sudan to get independent, in other words it is designed to talk down the successful work of Republican. By creating impression that it was not successful policy after all, if South Sudanese are fighting among themselves. Without showing Obama hand in it, while in reality, it is Obama’s destructive funded rebellion which was deceitfully skewed by instructed Obama’s well paid international media to be call it their reporting Nuer-Dinka war.
But was it not a successful policy, well it will depend on how each group of different interest see it. To me living under our own flag is a power by itself, that we did not have all this time we fought off they enemy who keep dividing us.
In my conclusion, relationship of America and South Sudan is standing on a solid ground that was laid before the existence of South Sudan. We cannot allow Obama chaotic administration and his unreliable advisors to threaten our relationship they go and our relationship with America will remain intact.
Again I would like my fellow South Sudanese to smart about this, to see America in the light of past before Obama and after him. Let us not generalise when criticising the worse government ever installed in white house. We are not alone the souls of Libyan children and Middle East children are cursing this awful government in Washington.
May God bless us and bless country South Sudan.
