August 15, 2016 (SSB) — Ambassador Phee was responding to demonstration of South Sudanese against US proposal of sending 4000 regional force into the country. In fact , Mrs. Phee is trying to spin doctoring her country image after the US imperially overstep its mark in the internal affairs of South Sudan through UN , UN is new version of US or the Western Imperialism or Colonialism .
Mrs. Phee, it is true that, there is no language supporting the South Sudanese claims of the US colonially meddling in South Sudan affairs directly but US is plotting covertly to overthrow the Government of South Sudan in ‘’covert operation’’ through coordination of the CIA under the smokescreen of the UN.
Well , Ambassador Phee , there is no language of return to colonialism or return to UN protectorate , what about the language of regime change ? .There is a language of the regime change , that South Sudan are hearing being spoken at the UN . This regime change will be carried out the by CIA intelligence agents.
It is always said Intelligence services like the CIA do not only gather intelligence on World affairs but also seek to intervene covertly to shape event , which is referred as covert action or special political action and is intended to achieve plausible deniability because the action could be visible , for example , an assassination or the overthrow of the government like one underway in South Sudan , the intelligence services in question or who did it , tries to make it difficult for the event to be traced back definitely to the perpetrator ., this is why the American people do not even know the CIA activities around .the world and the CIA has overthrown 9 government in world in covert operation . The covert operation is not discussed or announce in advance but always secret and known to US government and the CIA

And many other US interference in affairs of other countries with greatest immunity.
Ambassador Phee, South Sudanese do not trust you or your Government.
Look the way, you want your covert operation in South Sudan not to be traced . The CIA planned and it will be carried out by the 4000 IGAD forces in the code name of protection force.
All in all US is demigod on the earth whatever government it does not want to exist does not exist.
As it is case between Goliath and David , the Government of the People of South Sudan will exist and will be democratically change , here I mean the peaceful transfer of power , not the other way round .
South Sudanese innocence will protect themselves from all conspiracies.
