Dear My Fellow Citizens,
I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that I have resigned from my position as a Deputy Representative of the SPLM/SPLA/IO at Addis Ababa Mission Office under the leadership of former First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon. I have realized that Dr. Riek Machar Teny has no vision and failed to lead the SPLM/SPLA/IO; he is running the SPLM/SPLA-IO like his own personal property. As a result, I am not longer a supporter of Dr. Riek Machar.
From now onwards, I have declared myself as a supporter of SPLM/SPLA-IO under the wise leadership of His Excellency First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan Gen. Taban Deng Gai, who is also a Chairman and Commander-in- Chief of the SPLM/SPLA/IO. Furthermore, Gen. Taban Deng Gai knows what it takes to be a leader.
I call on all people of South Sudan particularly my Greater Nuer Community citizens to join me and the leadership of His Excellency Gen. Taban to implement the current peace agreement in order to save our country. Our People do not deserve to be in the IDPs Camps within their own country; our people do not deserve to be Refugees for this too long; our children do not deserve to grow in the Refugees Camps without going to school. No, No!!!! Our children deserve to be educated. My Fellow Citizens, the Agreement, which was signed in August 2015, is the only binding document to stop the suffering of our South Sudanese People. Comrades, let’s put Politics aside and work for the implementation of Peace Agreement in order to rescue our beloved country.
If you want peace to prevail in the Republic of South Sudan, please come and join His Excellency First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan Gen. Taban Deng Gai, who is ready to implement the Agreement.
