President Kiir and the fate of ‘‘the big tent theory’’ in South Sudan

October 14, 2016 (SSB) — Organization persistently knock together any institution to prosperity and that is why every time there is a leader who supervise any segment of an organized system, an abuse of organizational structure render the organization baseless and a floating belief. The important of organization was prior exemplify by Dr. John Garang De Mabior when he said ‘‘for those of you who have never experienced bush life’’.
If Dr. John Garang De Mabior was alive today he would probably add ‘‘not the bush life of today where you go to the forests and spend two days, three months and come back to the same house that you accused of corruption, nepotism, tribalism and dictatorship, ours was a momentous bush life worth 21 years of bitter struggling which gave birth to the Nation and yours? Saabii Don’t let yourself be misled by our bush life that we experienced’’ Garang would teasingly advice.
Due to stylish and visionary organizational hallucinations of the SPLM/A, the movement survived all odds of disturbances such as hunger, diseases, defections, brutality from the modernized weapons of Khartoum Regime, external and internal interests. With organization SPLM/A and people of South Sudan overcame the tragic demise of Comrade and Icon Dr John Garang De Mabior in 2005, the SPLM/A Political Bureau quickly matched in and declared Comrade Salva Kiir Mayardit as his successor and indeed it was because of that hasty deed that the weepy population of New Sudan was bail out from compulsory heart break, trauma and hopelessness, undeniably with great care, vision and commitment Comrade Salva Kiir Mayardit serenely steered CPA toward the designed podium that gave birth to the Referendum and merrily to our independent on July 9th 2011.
Because of Organization Dr. John Garang De Mabior received back Dr. Riek Machar Teny into the movement in 2002 and with organizational gentleman coat and humbleness Comrade James Wani Igga gave up his third position to Dr. Riek Machar Teny for the sake of broad and firm organization. It is because of Organization that the ‘‘Theory of Big Tent’’ emerged as one of the SPLM policy of Uniting Junubeen who have multiple hearts of acting which actually materialized when a number of Southern militias were peacefully and completely absorbed into the files of SPLA and SPLM with high ranks and positions respectively.
It was because of Organization that our President gave all the armed groups an amnesty before and after the Independent which is open till to date and contrary it is seen and assume by many that the ‘‘theory of Big Tent’’ in South Sudan is an opportunity to arise and penetrate into national hierarchy of economic, social and political Eco-zone and to qualify for that one has to bounce out from his/her messy hole and tiny tukul into the forests of South Sudan with death microphone on his shoulder for effortless recognition and expecting call to the national compound of tackling grievances which actually house the Big Tent rooms for Amnesty, accommodations ,promotion and forgiveness.
Because of organization just after July 2016 J1 incidence in Juba President Salva Kiir Mayardit gave 48 hours ultimatum to Former First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar Teny to come back to Juba and carry on with his duties at the Presidency after he had fled Juba on the utmost of the Juba incidence and when he failed to appeared at his working desk according to the given time the leadership of SPLM/A-IO have to give a replacement according to the agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan, General Taban Deng Gai was forwarded and was sworn in as the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan.
Importantly; because of organization those who are in various departments within the big tent’ housing, have to go back to their citizenry of which some falsely claimed to have liberated and inform them about the usefulness and magnitude of the ‘‘big tent’’ to the people of South Sudan and for sure the Management of ‘‘Big Tent’’ has to put up some observatory rules and guide lines and as of current, there is a necessity to vigilantly scan new associates and suitors with prior attention to internal wrangling and shifting due to inadequate space for the already hem in participants until they know themselves by names and had clear point view of their hierarchy and as for now some of the new participants are crushing some buds of the SPLM/A and sadly they cutting down some roots of the SPLM/A which they are going to trade with witch doctors for their ritual purposes.
