February 5, 2018 (SSB) — When the then Southern Sudan fought against the hegemony of the Arabs-based regime in Khartoum under the umbrella SPLM/A; which is the mainstream revolutionary vanguard, I was the mean character in the struggle until then South Sudan achieved its political independence on 9/July/2011that made our country 193rd member-state of the United Nations.

Knowing our ideals of our struggle for Unity, equality, liberty, and prosperous South Sudan we vehemently fought to the last drop of our blood to archived our golden plate’ The free South Sudan’ without political extremists but surprisingly, we are being flunged to the opposite gear of what we set our feet fighting in the bushes of Sudan and Southern Sudan pursuing our enemies.

I want to present the critical issues that matters  without boring you the readership and the entire public of South Sudan across the globe, in the whole world, The US, UK, Canada, Africa putting South Sudan outside the box, UAE and Asians countries-the Youths are overwhelmingly regarded as ‘ The fountains and foundation of any a viable society’ both literates and illiterates most importantly the intellectual Youth fraternity and the worse of all South Sudan is mismatching with the world in the entirety given the fragile state of affairs’ government having licence in killing the citizens it’s supposed to protect’ especially the educated Youths which are the future of the country.

Following the cycle of the brutal killings of South Sudan intellectuals by their own government using the ‘coded propaganda’ of unknown gunmen when they are in visuality ‘known gunmen’ is an illegal and a criminal actions by the government against the citizenships’ rights of South Sudanese and is a breach of the natural rights of humanity because God as the creator of the universe’ time and space’ and of the human beings don’t immune any human to kill the other at will.

This is what’s happening in our country, South Sudan today given the silence of Mr President, Salva Kiir Mayardit, this alone is a rationale behind the killings of educated intellectuals because since the cycles of the murderous actions South Sudanese President Salva Kiir Mayardit have never come public about “unknown Gunmen” when the actions is indeed a state of emergency. What is behind the silent of the President if he’s not part and parcel of actions?

I have made a critical observations to security threat of South Sudanese  and I have acutely found out that some elites in the government especially the NSS, MI, other operational security sects are using state apparatus, the Likes of National Security Service, Military intelligence as a tool to advances the personal hatred against those they perceived to be their ‘enemies’. This intellectual exterminations is a clear recipe of a failed state and a state failing the future by the elites through the immune killings of intellectuals.

On the other note, I urge the accountability on the convoy of Vice President James Wani Igga who orchestrated the attack and shot at the US ambassador’s car in Juba, South Sudan, but didn’t report the incident to the authority. After US ambassador came to my office to inform about the shooting, I took the matter of investigating the incident personally; luckily, I quickly found out that the Vice President convoy has shot the car of the US ambassador.

I told the Vice president that your convoy has shot the car of the US ambassador the responsibility lies under your hand, however the Vice President ignored the case, blaming the whole incident to the unknown gunmen when the entirety is well known. The morale is that the government of South Sudan is masking as the unknown gunman to its own citizens and the world at large just like the case of the US ambassador’s car.

As Taban Abel Aguek speaks in volume to what the ‘rogue regime’ is doing in Juba “a village that castrates all its bull; may end paying rent to the village that tolerates its bulls” the immune killing of South Sudanese intellectuals by their own government is succinctly summarized in that wealthy quote. Killing educated elites is a blunting of the future and paying of cheques to the outsiders because you’ve killed the ones who supposed to be the assets of the nations.

Rest in Peace the Victims of the known gunmen.

Former Chief of General Staff of the SPLA
