Yes, returning to 10 States is very good, but, what prompted my attention is the NEW NAME GIVEN TO TWIC-EAST. Twic-East and Duks are wrongly written as Bor North. I strongly reject that stealing of our name. Who ever suggested and wrote that name (bor north) is a great thief, corruptor demagogue and a non-Dinka who don’t know Dinka cultures. Jonglei States was originally divided into Bor county, Twic-East county and Duks county. Twic-East doen’t belongs to Borong of Murle (which was shortened to Bor).
If you don’t like the name of Twic-East, then Twic-East and Duks are to be returned to Malakal and Bor to Mangalla.
Thank you
