Congratulations President Salva Kiir for the great decision you have made for the sake of PEACE.
Your people had been suffering since the time CPA was signed. They really want peace such that to develop the country.
division of country by imaginary lines into 32 states or 100 states is in fact a was of resources which RSS badly needs for schemes and projects. Peace cannot be compromised because of the number of states; oppositely, the number of states can be compromised because of PEACE, and that is what you have just done your Excellency.
Also, I am very please with the decision of making Abyei an administration Centre of South Sudan, to keep it linked to South Sudan; and the same thing applies to Pan-Thaau. Because, if these areas are not frequently mention in any decision taken by South Sudan, it may seems to the opportunists as if the areas are left for them (Sudan).
Again, well done and thank you.
