‎…it is not people from Bor being targeted…because the Mac Pauls of this world are part of the counter revolution…perhaps he has been sidelined in recent months…there are many politicians from Bor that are part of the conspiracy (and most other nationalities of Soith Sudan) many people from Bor are part of the marauding deathsquads…It would be a shame if these so called Bor politicians use the martyrdom of Comrade Isiah to put pressure on the President to give them jobs…this would be a dishonor to his memory as he did not subscribe to tribal politics…looking at the issue in the context of us against them is what brought us here in the first place…Bor People are not being targeted…it is Patriotic South Sudanese and their friends that are being targeted…I rebuke the attemts by some sectors of Bor community that are making it a tribal issue…it is a war of ideas…not tribes…one group believes in secrarianism and the other in unity of our people…it is the sectarian politicians that have carried the day…and they are the ones establishing the new republic…to come out as one who believes in unity in the South is equivalent to socio-political suicide…

Mabioor Garang de Mabioor, in the article “A Call for a Fundamental Change in South Sudan
