…….For your information, there is a big governmental delegation from Khartoum in Romania (before it was in Russia and Poland) to contract as many drilling rigs possible to drill around 200 production wells in the Heiglig area within a maximum of one year. I’m sure they will succeed because there are many rigs available even in Romania which could be mobilized within 60 – 90 days. But this will be a big disaster for South Sudan, because all light crude oil from Muglad basin could be drained in Heiglig from Unity, Kaikang, Sharaf, Abu Gabra, and others to be evacuated very fast and the water to flood these fields. The remaining heavy crude oil will be very much costly to be produced by South Sudan from their fields. Khartoum would have by then siphoned off all the light crude oil from South Sudan’s side. In my opinion this technology is coordinated by North together with CNPC or Petronas or both of them, you should talk with Riek about it, no need to mention my name…..
