Dear all,
Greetings from Kansas City, Missouri, USA

The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria H. E. Dr. (Dame) Patience Goodluck Jonathan, President of African First Ladies Peace Mission who was supposed to visit South Sudan on August 13, sent a delegation to deliver relief materials to the refugees and Internal Displaced People in South Sudan donated by African First Ladies Peace Mission which was presented in Juba by Hon. After receiving the relief materials, the office of the First Lady together with the newly formed group of South Sudanese women from all the Ten States of South Sudan (Women For Mama, National Support Group) organized an event at Freedom Hall in Juba to celebrate the formation of the group.
The event was dedicated to our South Sudan First Lady, H. E. Madam Mary Ayen Mayardit who made a remarkable excellent statement while making her remarks at the event by saying “I Do Not Want To Make Myself Important That I Am The Wife Of The President. I Am A Woman Like All Of You, And We Are All Created By God And We Are All Equal Before God”
