When President Kiir arrived from Addis Ababa , he addressed a crowd at Juba Airport. He said ‘’ Interim Government is not tomorrow’’. When his emotional Minister of Information came from the same city, he echoed the same frustrating statement ‘’ interim government is a process’’

What do they mean? They mean delaying everything, delaying negotiation, delaying the amnesty, delaying forming the interim government. What do you think, the reaction from the other sensitive side be?   More violence!

Mr. President, stop your delaying tactics. , your people want peace more than food and water. Do you know that, one of causes of the conflict was your delay of SPLM national convention?

Don’t fall in the same hole you fell in yesterday.

Set the timetable for resolving the whole conflict before independent anniversary in JULY

1             gives mediators and negotiators two weeks to finalize the peace agreement

2             set the date for general amnesty for rebels

3               set the date for forming the interim government

Your people, children and women who are traumatized in Jonglei, Unity and Upper Nile are willedly waiting to see you signing peace agreement. The Whole Nation of South Sudan wants to celebrate JULY 9, 2014 in PEACE.
