Dr . Riek Machar Must not Hold South Sudan Hostage

Dr Riek Machar must not hold South Sudan hostage. Therefore, he must accept the post of Prime Minister within 45 days ultimatum as proposed by the arbiter, the IGAD bloc or he face all out war aiming at defeating him.
I , as the President of the Republic, I have been accused of plunging the country into the conflict but there is no any political system whether headed by God or me that is immune from the negative revolutions like the one of Dr Riek.
The Philosopher Karl Marx said in his theory of class struggle ‘’ the classes emerge when society starts to produce private property. When society starts realizing private property, social division of labour emerges with one social category or class attempting to control the private property at the expense of other classes. Class struggles are nothing but struggles aiming at controlling private property and means of production. in order to maintain their control over means of production , one class seek to control state power and its uses state power to enhance its class interest vis –a – vis other classes , that is political struggles are nothing but the extension of economic struggles for private property’’
Let me paraphrase some part of the above Marxism ‘’ tribe struggles are nothing but struggles aiming at controlling private property ….one tribe seek to control state power to enhance its tribe interest…..political struggles are the extension of tribe struggles for private property ‘’
My Government has been labeled as Dinka , therefore , Nuer want to take power from it . Tomorrow, Zande will take power from Nuer in another bloody revolution like this. And Acholi will take it from Azande in the same patterning ……and the sequence continues.
Is this how South Sudan will be ruled? Absolutely NOT.
Make no mistakes, my government is not tribal. The private property or means of production is not controlled by my tribe . These are just invalid argument applied by Dr Riek to mobilize the innocent white White Armies.
I am now, the chief of state, the chief legislator, the chief Judge, I am symbolically everything in South Sudan. I have the duties, obligations and responsibilities that will influence the social, economical and political history of South Sudan in the next 1000 years.
Thus, What is the workable solution to our political and economic conflicts?. The answer is the Constitution. The Constitution will set the rules of the games of acquiring private property and the political power as the ultimate aims of the struggles . Of course , as the nation, we have the Constitution but it is incomplete.
As I said earlier, South Sudan must not be held hostage by Dr Riek ,.All development programs stopped because of Dr Riek ‘s war. . we are not doing anything now because of the crisis . South Sudan is bigger than Dr Riek . This is the solution to mother of all conflicts ‘’ the tribal struggles for economic and political power ‘’
As the President of this Republic, I have the lever to influence it history. And I must do the following things.
- I will authorized the Parliament to write the permanent constitution that will separate the power of the executive (the president) , Legislature ( the MPs) and the Judiciary ( supreme court), . The parliament will also set the limits of the powers of each branch of the government, so that no branch abuse its powers or no branch is above another branch. Parliament will also put the term limit in the constitution, it will also be legislated that after the end of each president rule, all his decision must be judicial reviewed. If he violates the constitution during his rule, he will face full force of the law. .
I as the first president and the author of these rules will be exempted
2 . If Dr Riek do not accept the post of Prime Minister within the 45 days, all cessation of hostilities agreement will be cancelled and I will declare war against him. There will be no any peaceful settlement. He will either defeat the Constitutional army or the constitutional armies defeat him
3 The election will go head as it was planned in 2011. This will stop South Sudanese politicians from rewriting the rules in the middle of the game again in future. The political game started in 2011 in South Sudan and it would run until 2015. But it was stopped by Dr Riek on December 15 ,2015
I , as a referee, during the match , I have right to give a red card to any player who foul play . . and the one I send out from the pitch has no right in whatsoever to fight me . he must wait until end of 90 minute or 2015 for that matter .
The ultimate aims of these policies is the just , prosperous South Sudan.
