Dinka from Bare el gazal as ‘’ Loose and lawless ‘’ was a misplaced phrase in a well-intentioned article
By David Aoloch Bion
‘’Muddiness is not merely disturber of prose , it is also a destroyer of life , of hope , death on the highway caused by a badly worded road sign , heartbreak among lovers by a misplaced phrase in a well-intentioned letter’’ William Stunk Jr and E.B White , in their book ‘’ The Elements of Style ‘’
In my article ‘’ Salva Kiir as living symbol of 21 year liberation ‘’ in Paanluel Wel blog , , the phrase Dinka from Bare el gazal are ‘’ loose and lawless people ‘’ slipped into the article , when I was explaining the content and the relevancy of the issues surrounding the article .
I thought, it was clever and funny or humourous to be like that.
To my surprise, it wasn’t witticism as I have seen in the response of Mr . Ayuel Madut Chan.
To be surest of no ill-intention , I did not cite any wrong doings of Dinka from Bare el gazal . Did I ? No , I did not . but rather , I only cited Dinka from Bare el gazal ‘s patience, unflappability and achievements in 21 year liberation .
Therefore, I categorically say, I did not intent to bring Dinka from Bare el gazal into disreputation in any way.
In fact , that article has two perspectives , those from Bare el gazal call it pure hypocrisy and those from Upper Nile call it a pure sycophancy . So it is doublethink as in Orwellian language . so it depends on which side of the river you standard . .
My politic has boundaries and limits. Is not cluttering , to the extent of involving tribes, clans or regions, my politic is national and partisan.
Therefore, ladies and Gentlemen from Bare el gazal , ‘’ Loose and Lawless ‘’ was miscommunications and disappointments among comrades and citizens of the Republic caused by a misplaced phrase in a well-intentioned article .
Endnote, Apology.
