Any trader against the President’s decision will meets the higher degree of resistance and all of us will take up our arms to fight against the intruders whether internally or externally.

October 15, 2015 (SSB)  —-  Two weeks down the line mark the turning point and only sweet decree made by the President since 2005 when he replaced Late Dr. John Garang as the First Vice President of the Republic of Sudan and President of the Autonomous Government of Southern Sudan at the same time.

South Sudanese never enjoyed the sweetness of having President and little is known about him especially when he really fought the aggression of El Bashir against our independence and which have led him to be nicknamed as “Joshua” the Israeli boat rider who led the Israelites to the promise Land.

That is the only achievement and I don’t care of any other achievements he has achieved in the bush because all of were fighting in the bush whether physically, materially or spiritually and the second achievement that I will talk about is the current creation of 18 new states plus 10 existed States making up 28 States of the Republic of South Sudan.

I salute you Mr. President for creating my own Greater Gok State out of what is currently known as the former Lakes State and in which will allow me and my colleagues to do the job while you are relaxing.

Who is Opposing the Creation of New States?

Of course there are internal and external traders opposing the move and this is not the first time the decree of the President is dishonored by the internal and external intruders who are just driven by their selfish interest in South Sudan’s resources.

Let me start with the external intruders/traders.

I will not forget the first order made by the President lived on the BBC radio last year 2014 especially when he requested the foreign employees to relinquish their jobs for South Sudanese nationals and the order did not lasted for 24 hours. The order and its nature of reversal was the topic of everyday lectures at the University of Nairobi from the Lecturers, our classmates and threats of doing the same if Salva Kiir would haven’t changed his mind and it was always been the headline  in our faces.

Despites the thousand of professionals that South Sudan is producing every year in East Africa, Middle East and Europe, still our labor right is under siege. Are we working in East Africa or are we boosting their Economy by paying rent and school fees even 25% is being charge on top of the normal fee that Nationals are paying?

That particular order and its nature of reversal injected me with high blood pressure reaching 180 degree and for sure I’m not going to celebrates any decree of the President unless if that decree lasted for a long time or implemented.

The questions that are circulating in our mind and hearts are, Do we have the sovereign Nation and independence President to whom all of us have to look up to? Do we have the international Law that advice the other sovereign States especially the Western Nations on their interference to the affairs of an independence Country like South Sudan?

Indeed almost all the questions suits our interest of sovereignty, we have our independence first elected President as well as the International Law that governs our relations with the other Countries including USA itself but the problem is that our President allow himself to be captured by fear of being overthrown and killed like Muamer Gadaffi of Libya which is the different case from what is happening now in our Country.  Mr. President, our population has the assurance that you will not die like Gadaffi and you need not to fear of any aggression or sabotage from the internal or external intruders.

Internal Oppositions,

The first internal intruder is Dr. Riak Machar whose credibility and integrity to lead South Sudanese as the first Vice President again will only be judge by the God of our Ancestors and that of our dead population since 1991 genocide in Bor and in the current crisis that has touched almost every huts in the Republic of South Sudan killing many and displaced more and also caused an Economics depression that has sent many students away from the Universities in East Africa and the rest of the World.

This will never be the case since President Kiir established 28 states on the first week of September 2015 and any move against the decision will attract a high condemnation from South Sudanese and even to the extent of taking up our arms to fight Riak Machar and his followers who will never and never see prosperity to the last of their blood.

The game between Riak and Kiir is over after the creation of new States because it was the only dream left for Riak to survive the political depreciation and use it as a tool for begging our votes in 2018.

The only advice to our President from the population and myself is to immediately establish the Counties and payams, State Assemblies, appoint the State Governors and release the budget as soon as possible and allow us to deal with any opposing sides whether internally or externally and I will take the lead on behalf of Greater Gok State hoping that the rest of my colleagues from the other new States will follow me in fighting against the decision that is oppose to the creation of new State.
