From many wires, I landed on the following quotes about JCE and for JCE. Thence, they provoked me to join the shout on the role of this supposedly tribal outfit that is possibly and forcibly establishing itself as a tribo-politico stakeholder, say ‘shareholder’, in the management of the nation, alongside the president who has left his state house’s door azure to these 77 honourable elders-cum-leaders.

In short, I would rather the Jieng (Dinka) communities cancelled off these elders because they sprang up during and for the December war as seen in their chairman’s interview with SBS Radio last year, here:
