February 25, 2016 (SSB)  —-  The author would like to thank all media house‘s representative most especially former editors and current editors from all different daily newspaper across the country and without forgetting the entire staffs from Juba Telegraph daily newspaper and you my readers to carefully pay your attention and judge us on our brotherly rights between me (Lino Lual Lual with the Eagle eye on South Sudan and Dut Lual Anei the Eagle eye!)

In reference to the article published in Juba Telegraph daily newspaper on 24/Feb 2016 by Dut Lual Anei bearing my name to public without my intention and said, I should reserve myself from the rights of admission for the usage of (The Eagle eye as my title for any of my writing in my column).Does being carrying equal thing mean the same or are all creatures bearing one name meaning the one according my brother Dut Lual Anei?

As Dut Lual himself carried my grand ancestor’s names like some of you may have seen my name and Dut Lual, is he (Dut Lual) My biological brother? Does Sudan and South Sudan mean one country? The same scenario had happened during Sudan 5th Population census and housing in 2008 when census staffs(enumerators)where facing challenges of the same names with same father names that may goes up to 5 times, but still it was settle differently in their sex, ages  places of birth and their mothers.

How could the good strong bird (Eagle) used by million people over the world be claim by only one person in South Sudan? Even security warrior companies are using the eagle something as their symbol leave alone USA and other world my brother Dut Lual?

Am not actually aware of your title the eagle eye but since yours was only eye then what is wrong with my eagle on South Sudan? My brother Dut Lualdit, you needs to be specific if you talking about eye or the eagle? It is not surprising that as a result of such coverage the readers get seriously involved affairs because the average readers lack access to alternative consistent with their own best interest, they will generally accept whatever we agreed between me and Dut Lual. Indeed, i would have be happy if my brother have told me about before he went out to the media.

It does so not by simply voicing the attitudes to public but by providing evidence through good approaches manners in such a way that it persuasively influences the public in adopting these elite models of ethnic events in the first place. Analyst of topics and opinions writers shows that despite slight changes and variations of coverage during recent decades news credential and reliable information on international and local affairs remains focused on selection of preferred topics, including immigration, crime, violence, cultural differences, and race relations.

Exceptions here structurally define the rule shows that they are incidental and no threat between me and my friend Dut Lualdit and our dominance readers and at the same time signal that failing success must be blamed on the others and not on the majority. The persuasive power of the columnist, opinions writers and press are particularly effective if their reporting is consistent with the interests of the most readers. True, with the general change on civil rights issues since the news media became less.

The power of the right to own has the popular debate publicly especially due to its daily access to a vast readers rather than to its intellectual prestige. Its legitimation is derived from its claim to speak for the people, a population whose voices have aired out to helped shape in the first place. It does not openly advocate discrimination, prejudice, and racism, and it usually maintains critical distance from the right. It advocates tolerance and understanding and may occasionally pay attention to the plight of other minorities.

Once given the (carefully selected) facts, although presented in a seemingly objective the readers will themselves produce the preferred owner and they may even act accordingly. Then an active consensus will replace passive or tacit consent. Ideological control in this case are virtually total, or hegemonic, precisely because persuasive text and talk are no longer seen as ideological but as self-evidently true, as  the case for much dominant discourse.
