South Sudanese Youth: The Generation of Confusions and Tribalism

April 7, 2016 (SSB)  —-  The youth storms meeting after South Sudanese community council in Eldoret was formed in 2003 by former Army spokesperson  Col Philip Aguer panyang  simple  with aim of addressing challenges facing south Sudanese communities living in Eldoret Kenya. The associations has been working without constitutions that can guided the office for the team of members of the association from time to time. So the outgoing team have decided to come without constitutions that should be used to guides the members of the association for their team limits and additional numbers of the communities that are living in Eldoret, kenya

 The team of constitutional reviewed commissions have finished their work and brought it into the House where members of different communities converge to come and listen to the constitutions amendment of the constitutions on that constitutions was written base on former ten states with Articles   12. 15 of the constitutions which have structures of the Associations members from each states of south Sudan .the team read out the constitutions until the reach the chapter of constitutions saying each community should be presented by three members and greater Bhar El Gazal will be presented by four members that is where problems started.

The association exists for so many years serving the people and solving the issues among communities and coordinate between the Kenyan governments. The problem started in 2013 when war started in south Sudan. People started going backward dissolving unity and some communities who have been affected refused not to celebrate the independence of south Sudan. But what happened on Saturday, When the community leaders called the meeting to draft the constitution into law and to make people aware the people that their term is ending in April. The argument started with the number of people given to a community to represent them in the council.The figures were as follows;

  Different  opinions from youths  led by their youths leaders clashed over the  constitutions calling the  constitutions is very controversial   due to the Article 12 .14  of the constitutions stated that each community should be presented  by   three members .but Greater  Bhar EL Gazal   should  have four members that turn house into chaos the youth from Greater Bor led  Lual Chuol and chairman of greater Bor  Mr.  Mayen Tor says that presentation is unacceptable .unconstitutional and we will never not accept it .that presentations give us three members .with Nuer community plus Apandang community we will be in positions.

  The community leaders match out in the meeting that make people to panic because the youths representing their communities in the area greater Bor youths. Nuer youths, Apandang youths, malual-buoth Anyaar youth, Equatoria youth, Agar youth of lakes state, Atuot community all their leaders match out of the meeting

The  chairperson  Bhar El Gazal  region explain to that  presentation that made is according to population  not that we are dominance tribes like what people says we have minister of finance  .central Bank governor .general of staff in the country which says and thinks

The Nuer community leaders who presence in the meeting also says that only dominance of Dinka for all over the places our positions we need regional presentation well of all the members that presented communities in Eldoret Kenya and accusing both Dinka over dominance over power at home and away David koang says to the people to youth of Dinka tribes despite the disagreement over numbers to associations.
