Murle armed men ambush SPLA vehicle, kill one soldier, in Gemeiza, Terekeka state

April 22, 2016 (SSB)  —-  The arm men suspected to be Murle youth of Boma state ambushed SPLA vehicle and kill one soldier and wounded two other soldiers in Gemeza, Terekeka state on 19 April 2016 Tuesday night.

2nd Lt. Dhalbeny Dhieu Pac who is working for SPLA based in Gemeza SPLA unit in Terekeka state, says on Tuesday night around 10:24 PM they were travelling from Juba to Bor town before they reach they fell into ambushed at Gemeza of Terekeka state saying that he witness the incident and he saw arm men on uniforms.

When we reach Gemeza we saw people standing on the middle of the road and start stopping the vehicle definitely they start shooting us and they shoot one soldier and he die on spot and wounded two other persons he confirm.

Dhalbeny says the driver is a soldier he has try is level best to escaped with the passengers. We saw them on uniforms and also they capture some of the women who were with us in the vehicle later they release them now those women they are safe; but they women says this criminals were speaking in Murle language this the evident that show this people are Murle youths of Boma state he narrate.

He told the PaanLuel Wël: South Sudanese Bloggers (SSB) that the two people that were wounded during the attack they are now brought to Bor state main hospital where they received medical assistance. Those criminals were many and we did not see the exactly number because it was at night so we could not see them very well; but they were many actually said Dhalbeny.

2nd Lt. Dhalbeny Dhieu Pac says the citizens should appeals to the government of south Sudan, Terekeka state authorities, Jonglei state government and south Sudan army forces to provide security forces that can patrol the national highway for the safety of the travelers from Juba to Bor and Bor to Juba.

On March 29, 2016 criminals says to be Murle youths attack one of the Dinka Bor cattle camp in Mangala county of Jubek state when they were fighting they were chase back and they found bus in the highway moving from Mangala to the national capital Juba carrying passengers they attackers open gunfire to the bus they killed two people, one person from Mundari, one person from Bari and wounded two other people one Darfurian and other person from Latuho.
