Where are the unknown gunmen coming from?
By Deng M. Kulang, Juba, South Sudan
May 29, 2016 (SSB) — First and foremost, I would like to pass my condolence massage to the families of Victims who lost their beloved sons and daughters into the hands of bad people in this Country usually known to be unknown gunmen in the Country.
We know very well, the killers are not from distant but within the country who are actually evilly derived by wrong thinking of their innermost hearts which always making them killed innocence people with the aimed of getting money which is Unreasonable.
However, Unknown gunmen has not been approved exactly where did they come from? We know clearly the work Unknown gunmen has been a common term used in the city for sometimes with in the nation, and the government has not been working to resolves the issue of this threat move against it position.
The group has been working hard to destroy the image of the nation to keep the nation in trouble face-ward and to miss preach the nation at it position.
Unknown gunmen have put the lives of people and normal activities in Juba at risk, putting the nationals at mistrust.
All the people in Juba always accuse themselves when there is news of unknown gunmen.
People really don’t know who are these group?
- According to my Understanding these unknown groups are in two Categories of politicking the nation into mess Movement:
- They are government opposition architect (Not SPLM/A_IO) AND the same
- They are government Speculators in the way that they are difficult to understand their at all.
However, the right of those innocence people who were killed innocently will deliver them to us as well the Constitution of South Sudan will judge them according to their action.
There is need to bring those people to book to face justice and accountability of those they have killed for several time.
I appeal to security personnel to respect the national constitutions other than respecting leaders who has specialized in killing innocence people, the like of Mr Salva Kiir and his in-law the so-called Malong Awan should at least think of the people of South Sudan.
Without doubt some security personal has involved in the killing of civilians as always reported by some media houses.
The report of unknown gunmen has been the issue not only in Juba but across the cross the country at roads and within towns threatening the civil population while doing their normal business in the country.
Group has the nation into insecurity where movement in town turn into hardship, everybody turn to be unfriendly in the town.
The rate of criminality of killing people is growing high day by day without solution and therefore, the entire citizens has lost the trust on security agents.
I appeal to the government of National Unity [TGoNU] to take general action on this issue of unknown gunmen to free the nation from angle of killing innocence people through protecting the civilians from internal criminals.
Also, let the TGoNU use the local citizens within the nation to get detain formation for better security of its own citizens across the Country.
Therefore, What I found here in Juba is terrible result of war crimes where innocence people suffer within their nation but the worst of it is how people being killed without reason afterward, it really not sound good at all if not bring to an end.
I can’t take side on this point because who are killed are South Sudanese people as well as those who were killed are South Sudanese, the Question remain who lose?
The Country lose both side.
In my point of view, am requesting my all fellow South Sudanese to evaluate their opinion and move out from the Political point of Interest and focus more on the political point of view.
By doing this we can stop the unreasonable killing of innocence people across the country and we will be able to overcome whatever challenge come across our nation.
