If I were a governor, I would give municipality position to our elders and then give some vital positions like minister of health and education to those young people who have very good excess and well connection to their peers outside the country. That will pave smooth delivery of services to the public. I’m not against our elders having those politicians but they just sit there waiting for government to tell them what to do, but those young forks will not wait for the government to deliver them all the needed to do their job. they can encourage their peers to something that can support them back home because some of those people outside the country are working in Healthcare sectors and some are working as a teachers, so by doing so we can see a big change in one year. but if the governor keep rotating the same faces around him then he will not see any changes for long time. I hope somebody will advise him to do so.
