The extermination of Aweil intellectuals and Gen. Paul Malong's Supports is a Cold War
By Lucy Ayak Malek, Nairobi, Kenya
November 26, 2017 (SSB) — At the outset as I pen down this public awareness, I am weeping tears and my heart is bleeding of the great loses orchestrated by the devils and the enemies of dooms to the intellectuals of Aweil in particular and across the country. On Nov.16th, Akech Piol Makuei aka Akec Mawel was murdered in a cool blood and later on post-mortem test found that, It is a serial killing’ professional killing’ which is only trained to NSS and CID.
He was strangled in the corridors of Juba and dumped to the street, in the morning his body was found lying in the street of Tongping; Sadly, a week later 24th Nov., Bol Deng Miyen was shot. My condolences to the bereaved families and May God rest their innocent souls in peace and arrest the souls of those who innocently murdered them in pieces.
Logically, Why always murdering Gen. Paul Malong Awan’s Kinsmen, tribesmen and putting the lives of his loyalists in jeopardy ?, without the operatives who doubles as murderers knowing the golden absolute rule of loyalty, they’ve gone so far butchering the intellectuals perceive to be having a close ties to Gen. Paul Malong Awan.
He’s not the enemy of the nation rather is he the enemy of those who are milking the nation, he loves South Sudan just like himself and that is acutely being showcased by the recent brutal attempts of engaging him to belligerent but with South Sudan in his heart, He has resisted all the belligerent attempts with silent. Why is it very hard for people at the helm of power in South Sudan to understand Gen. Paul Malong Awan salient in that great patriotic silent?
I would also want to bring to light to the operatives who masked as “unknown gunmen” to know the “golden rule of absolute loyalty” It is a common knowledge to any rational and thinkable person that no matter how many supporters Gen. Paul Malong Awan have in South Sudan and his loyalty belong to the President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
Analogically those loyalists are also for president too since a person whom they’ve pledged their loyalties is having an absolute allegiance to Pres. Salva Kiir Mayardit. The interpellation still remains lingering the minds would-be, why are the operatives’ unknown gunmen’ murdering Salva Kiir Mayardit supporters?
Taking back a little bit, President Salva Kiir Mayardit was a democratically elected people’s president by all the 64tribes of South Sudan in self-determination elections which doubles as ‘ independence’ of our nation-state, South Sudan in 2011 from a long oppression, marginalization, and misrule of Khartoum hegemony.
As I drawn this, the leadership of South Sudan needs to know categorically clear that President Salva Mayardit is not going to be unseated from the presidency by criticism or rather by bullets, It is the same democratic transition that the people of South Sudan will make to democratically unseat him from power.
More so, The leadership in Juba need to admit the fact that ” They are not leading a primitive society” they are leading a well-informed and a conscious generation that will continue without hesitation to criticize anything if inconsistent to the standard of the land [constitution], a successful and a coherent leadership is the one that transformed it vices if criticized to strength, criticism is a strength if taken positively by the subject.
As long as intellectuals are murdered in cool blood just because of criticizing the government, the reign of those on power currently will be marked in history as ‘a depopulating era’ since there is a clear intentional killing of educated people across the divide.
As I conclude, I would want also to include that, the leadership of President Salva Kiir Mayardit is not leading ghosts but living people, why is ghost population staggering daily in South Sudan ?, Let the unknown gunmen know that they are known.
