My Speech: Thanks To The People’s Republic of China

Tuesday, May 8, 2018 (PW) — Speech delivered by Awuol Gabriel Arok in Wuhan City, China on 30th April, 2018 during the Graduation Day of Batch 2018 on Telecommunication Network Planning and Optimization for developing countries.
Government representatives from the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce.
Our dear Lecturers and guides from Wuhan Research Institute.
My fellow participants. Today is our achievement day! Congratulations!
On behave of our four great countries Dominica Republic, Nigeria, Jordan and South Sudan and on behave of my other fellow thirteen delegates and on my own behave.I am here to pass note of appreciation and recognition to the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce for seminars, training, courses and scholarships opportunities that have greatly elevated our countries human resource capacities and to our cherished Wuhan Research Institute of Posts & Telecommunication and Fiber Home our 20 days present in China were characterized by devotion and experiences.
Iam here this morning presenting gratitude and Farwell waving to Wuhan City and people, WRI, Fiber Home, Lecturers and Guides, Management and workers of Marshal Palace International Hotel for their wondrous services.
The 20 days that we have spent here in wuhan are like 20 years of our life time.
Why? Because we have interacted and have known who we are, where we are and where we came from.
Secondly we are equipped with skill that is going to help millions of people back in our countries and across the globe.
Thank you China.
Our present world is now becoming a big global village which was not the case before.
Through International Seminars, Courses, Training, Scholarship and businesses we are beginning to realize the benefit of border and International cooperation.
Today Iam here with Chinese, Jordanians, Dominicans, Nigerians, Gambians and the rest what else do I want?
He or she who dines with you, walks with you and talks to you is your immediate soul comforter
We have received massive Chinese hospitality, kindness and friendship in Wuhan City; this amusing friendship and hospitality will be delivered to our various Institutions that sent us and to the people that we today represented in Wuhan.
My Dear Lecturers and staff of Wuhan Research Institute and Fiber Home proud you are and proud we are, through your target Vision, mission, hard work and kindness China as the world second biggest economy will deliver more both to the developed and developing countries.
Simply because our world of today is being driven by hard work and innovations which are here in Wuhan and driven by your city Motto “Wuhan different every day”
Wuhan is great, Wuhan people are lovely and as we leave tomorrow to our various destination we will never forget the massive services that we had received from the Airports, from the train stations and from the many sites that we have visited.
We are indeed honoured and impressed by the great care that we received from our guides: Lilly in Yichang, David and Sharon in Beijing.
Our home Master and Mistress Mr. Quan Zhen and our impressive little sister Herda Ding who have been with us throughout day and night in Wuhan, we will never forget you among our families.
And as I close my speech I would like to appreciate Mr. Lujum and Zhang Huijuan for their welcoming and opening remarks on the 11th April 2018.
With sincerity and humanity I heartedly appreciated our smart and informed lecturers;  Cao Zhen, Zhang Huijuan, Wu Shan, Lei Yan, Ren Hailan, Wang Jingmei, Ling Yu and Cheng Wen  for their impressive and selfless presentations.
We have taken what you have given us, happy farewell to you all.
And thank you very much.
