The fundamentals of the problems in ROSS are systemic, circumstantial, environment-oriented and societal not Kiiristic or Riekistic” Paanluel Wel.

No introduction needed. Let me take you straight to the point. Every country around the globe, ever since from creation did once have systemic, Circumstantial, environment-oriented and societal problems. Even in the current century, countries like the United States of America and Japan had been targeted and once in the past destroyed by environmental-oriented, man-made or natural disasters such as Tonardo, global warming, earthquake and Tsunami yet it takes men like Kiir and Riek to come up with decision that put their countries back on track regardless of severe damage to infrastructures, personal belongings and human lives.

How come these men in thier Respective countries manage to deal with natural disasters leave alone a war cause by power struggle which only need a dialog to stop it. How is South Sudan problem not Kiir’s and Riek’s when they are the only commaders-in-chief commanding both warrying armies? How is South Sudan’s problem not Kiir’s when he is the one whom South Sudanese voted to manage thier country’s wealth and power?

If the excuse is ministers, secretaries and under-secretaries’ failures to take responsibility to do their job what did Salva Kiir the President do as an independent minister? I disagree when you say even if they “Ship in Obama today you would still have the same circumstances” how will I still have the same circumstances when my country’s wealth and power is going to be manage by a President that once brought health care system to his nation? How am I going to have the same circumstances when my cabinet minsters are going to be appionted by the President who knows the person suitable for job.

People of South Sudan are not looking for change that comes at one but atleast for change that can be seen little by little. I have heard many people talking of Juba being the fastest developing city and my question has remained what development are these people talking about? Development with no running water, development with no proper roads connecting city with surrounding suburbs. Is Juba’s development about having Kiir and Riek’s apartments towering everyone else apartment?

If Paanluel think that the problem affecting our young nation is not Kiir nor Riek then let Kiir leave the presidential seat for another contestant and let Riek abandon his rebellion for IDPs to go back to thier villages. Since Kiir was elected the only change I witness is having presidential place, and ministries offices builded. In my point these are basic things that any person in lowest position can do. Each development start with government system, the constitutions, national economy, healthcare facilities, infrastructures and schools. Why does Kiir’s development start with building presidential place?

To make it short President Kiir is in managerial position. The duty of manager is to make sure the employees are doing thier job properly in a timely manner. If for any reason his employees are not doing the job as expected it could be that they are not being manage properly or that the manager is incompetent.
