RESPOND TO GORDON BUOY MALEK ARTICLE: DR LUAL “POLITICAL NAIVE NEANDERTHAL.”

By Amer Dhieu

DEAR GORDON BUOY MALEK

The truth is that laughing for an hour at opinion article/proposal is being rationally naive. Please allow me to paraphrase your description of Dr. Lual A. Deng. The laziness (again I am using your term) of your brain fail you badly and pathetically let you laugh at most significant points propose by the Author.

1: In your own words; the first one was that “the document propose that the interim governments should have five rational technocrats that will rule the government for three years” minus being naive what can make you laugh at this statement? Who else can you propose to be the President when both Rebel Riek and President Kiir want to be president at the same time. People of South Sudan know that even if one becomes Prime Minister and other be the President these two wild life will not still be able to work together and bring peace desperately need. Just and example, Riek was the Vice and Kiir was President yet they didn’t manage to professionally deal with their differences untill December 15 when the whole thing explode. How can you not understand that for the sake of future peace and political stability both Riek and Kiir must take their respective backseats and hand over the power to non-political people so both side won’t felt favored.

Second point you laugh at was how Dr Lual Achueck fail to know that the rebel and government in Addis Ababa will not accept being left out and let five technocrats rule the country. This statement proves that neither Riek or Kiir is fighting for democracy or peaceful South Sudan. Well Dr Lual Achueck knows and we both knows but still never shall we be expected to remained quite and let them practice what they know rather than what we know and want as a country. In politic people disagree to agree and the ideal remained that each of us is entitled to say his opinion whether they wont do it or not. There is No reason to laugh at a person who have a gut to air things out in the way the should be.

“In your finding, you concluded that clearly Dr Lual Achueck is an economist who doesn’t know the principles of practical politic”

Sorry brother I didn’t quite understand you. There is nothing call practical politic. There is only one politic that dictionary define as the activities associate with the governance of a particular country or area. It is okay for Dr Lual not to understand fundamental principles of practical political because there is nothing call practical politic either.

Lastly, what a behavior! You shallowly rush to your emotion-inpired judgement by concluding that Dr Lual is Calling to overthrow government and be the leader with his other four technocrats.

Dear Gordon Buoy!

Right now people of South Sudan are hunting for any possible mean to end the bloody war. It doesn’t matter if it came from politicians or intellectuals. Coming up with proposal does not mean that the proposer is looking for a position rather a pure logical thinking that might take a country forward.
