Bor Commissioner Mamer Ruk: Eats 50% of 3 million pound and use 50% for public good

The new commissioner of Bor County Mr. Mamer Ruk should break the record of non-performing history of Bor County commissioners. The Bor County Commissioners have been the non –performing commissioners in the Republic of South Sudan since 2005, all the three commissioners have not built a office for the county, they worked in ply wood office,while the commissioners of other counties in South Sudan have their offices in concrete building. What is the name for such commissioners ? Corrupt commissioners .
All commissioners of Bor County have been mismanaging the 3, 000, 000 SSP grants given by the Government of the Republic South Sudan yearly for the development of county like building offices , schools, hospitals etc. . This 3 million is issued to every county apart from the salaries of the county staffs , workers, and administration running cost of the county.
This 3 million pound had been given to Mr. Jok Aring all the years he had been the commissioner of Bor Which office did he build ? Which school or hospital did he build with it? He ate the money.
The 3 million pounds had been given to Mr Maker Lual all the years he had been the commissioner. Which school did Maker build with ? which office did he build ? He ate it.
The 3 million pound grant had been given to Dr Agot Alier all the years he had been a commissioner of Bor . which hospital did he build? Which office did he build ? He ate it.
In Magwi county of Eastern Equatoria, the Commissioner built three storey building as the county offices with 3 million SSP. Mind you , he ate but he worked at least .
In Kapoeta County, the commissioner built two storey buildings as county offices with 3 millions. Therefore Mr. Mamer should go to Magwi county and see how the patriotic commissioner who loves his county and loves his people work . A commissioner who can’t eat the money of his blind people in addition to his salaries and allowances
The commissioners’ of Magwi county put his patriotism above money while the commissioners of Bor county put money above their patriotism , that is why there is building in Magwi county and that is why there is no building in Bor county .
On the other hand, even the giant MP, Michael Makuei Lueth has been given 640, 000 SSP as Constituency Development Fund , Which school or hospital has he build with it? He ate it .
Mr Mamer . It is time to stop eating in county in Bor . The county has been a commissioner himself who have been eating money alone but now there must be two counties in Bor which will share money equally . One county is you the commissioner and another county is Bor County who are the people who need development., therefore share 3 million between yourselves , you the commissioner take 50% as your reward as the boss and use 50% for the welfare of the county , Do not take it all as your predecessors did .

In your second year in office build one health centre and one school in Athooc area and one health centre and one school in Gog area …………. and sequence continues . 3 take town to the people by relocating Bor county headquarters to Warkok. And you will be one of Bor county best commissioners. Not a EATER
