The failure of Dau Akoi Jurkuch, the Commissioner of Twic East County

March 7, 2016 (SSB) — I’ve been disinclination to write something to Mr Dau Akoi Jurkuch, the commissioner of Twic East County about how he neglected people of Wernyol since he took county administration. Therefore, time has come for me and people of Wernyol to question Mr Commissioner’s irresponsibility towards people of Wernyol.
Mr Jurkuch you talks about road construction every year in Twic East County but no single road has been constructed to connect Wernyol to Panyagor the county headquarters. Why? Where’s our share Mr Dau Akoi?
You starts construction of road from Panyagor through Pawel, Wangulei, Paliau and Maar connecting up to Jale of Bor County. Where’s the road going to Wernyol Mr Commissioner or is Wernyol not part of your Administration?
Mr Commissioner you have constructed dyke, good schools, Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) in four Payams of Twic East County through Non-governmental Organizations. Where’s the percent of Wernyol?
Is Wernyol not part of funds provided by Non-Government Organization for development in the county. Mr Dau Akoi, Wernyol City was burnt down to ashes lately last year by unknown gunmen but no single response from your Administration.
Does that mean people of Wernyol have no values in your administration? Mr Dau Akoi Jurkuch, do you want to behave like Diing Akol Diing a man who constructed Wernyol feeder road to his mother’s house in Pajomba Instead of its towards Wernyol.
Mr Commissioner, Twic East County Police Headquarters was constructed in Wernyol City to sort the problem of insecurity in the area. Why do you order police officers to desert their positions in Wernyol City to Panyagor?
Mr Commissioner you have failed to provide security to people of Wernyol but Lith Youth Defense Force, won’t let our land be used as playground by cattle raiders from Murle, Nuer and some of the Jieng community. The LYDF have tried and still working hard to secure Wernyol City to remain calm although it was devastated by enemies of peace and development.
Mr Commissioner Dau Akoi Jurkuch please provide basic needs to people of Wernyol otherwise things won’t be stable in our county. You’re proud because you have neglected people of Wernyol but you won’t go away with it.
