December 5, 2017 (SSB) — Compatriots, the simultaneous attack of Murle to innocents’ citizens of Duk of Dinka Bor and Tedo (Daktek) in the Anyuak kingdom and other places in Bong Nuer areas shouldn’t be tolerated. Murle is the most aggressive primitive people. They went far to abduct kids from Ethiopia. That behavior is not acceptable in the Republic of South Sudan.

This is the appropriate time for greater Jonglei people to come together and address the crimes against humanity being practiced by Murle community. The Murle community leaders, stakeholders, and youth have tremendously failed to administer, govern and control themselves.

They continue violating all agreements between Boma state and Jonglei State for our beloved people including Murle to live in peace and harmony. But rude criminals continuously abduct children, women, and killing innocent people.

The number of children abducted in Pochalla during the Month of November alone was five children and 12 persons killed, and in Jalle Bor killing above 50 persons and incidents in Duk  County killing at least 45 persons, including women, children, elderly people and UN, NGOs staff.

Murle are powerful why? Murle were armed to the teeth by Khartoum authorities through Ismail Konyi in 1984 to fight SPLA/M, Murle were armed again to the teeth by Khartoum system through David Yauyau in 2011.

Therefore Murle has power to abduct, Raid cattle, kill Nuer, Dinka, Anyuak, Jie, and Kachipo.

The approach to address these crimes against humanity amicably are as follows:

  1. Impose Local sanctions on entire Murle to repent for failing miserably to administer themselves.
  2. No Murle to be appointed at national level institutions including Bilpam for (10) ten years to let them go back home and educate their people to have. Conducive environment.
  3. Murle to be disarmed by the people of Greater Jonglei (The Nuer, Dinka, Anyuak, Kachipo, and Jie).
  4. Hon Governor Ismail Konyi to be sent to ICC, or alternatively to Rumbek prison in Agar area for a good number of years.
  5. Suspend all activities of UN NGOs in Boma state for them to accept real roundtable peace talks.
  6. All position leaders, please kindly, do not accept recruitment of Murle in your organization and do not provide them with ammunition, weapons or other instruments.

My condolences to the families of victims in Anyuak, Dinka, and in Nuer areas.

This primitive acts of murle don’t need too much words. The leaders from those vulnerable communities of Dinka, Anyuak and Nuer, are suppose to organise and coordinate and agree their suitable time and attack this barbaric tribe.
    Thank you.

The people of Duk, Twich and Bor don’t matter to the South Sudan government more than how the people of Murle matters. Our government speaks with two tongues. When Dinka of Jonglei gets angry and try to revenge, the government usually pay particular attention to it even before our people begin to go; and would be the time for the government to give warning not to attack Murle. But, when the Murle attacks our people while sleepning in their houses, the government usually give no response to it, and any person who speaks about murle attackers may got killed by unknown gunman.
    What does this all means?
It makes people to think that our home land had been sold or rented by our government to one of the four countries that met in 2006, as a result of the so called “Mashurua al-khumsiya”, meaning “the project of the five-years plan”. This project was decided by five countries (Sudan, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and South Sudan)
This matter is very serious really. they met to discuss complaint from GB, claiming that Jazeera Scheme of northern sudan is not producing enough cotton supply for Manchester Cotton Mill. As a result, the GB want a new cotton scheme in a new rich soil. Jonglei was selected by those five countries in their meeting.. Then it was decided that murle is to be used to push people in Jonglei to the western bank of the Nile River. But, what murle don’t know is that: After the murle succeeded in pushing Dinka of Jonglei away from their home lands to the western side of River Nile; they the murle will then be displaced to Ethiopia by the military forces (may be the military from the five countries). When the land become vacant of its true people, then a cotton scheme will be established in the whole area, and cultivated with cotton for the Manchester cotton mill.
So, now do you understand why our government is on murle side and arming them with modern weapon? I have given you important information and digest it in the way you see helpful for our poor people.
    Thank you.

only resolution 3 in the poster view will work better. Murle should be disarmed by all the communities affected by murle time immemorial criminal acts.

  4. Zindia says:

Do not make your plan public instead act fast let the Murle cry for help after you are done. That way, no government will interfere with your plan.
