My Dear Brother David Aoloch Bion: Your Apology Accepted!

March 7, 2015 (SSB) — In simple terms without the use of proverbs or wise sayings or twisted language I would like to say to my brother Bion that your apology is accepted for the following reasons:

First, Almighty God is bigger than Aoloch or Bor Community or Ayuel Madut Chan or Dinka Bhar el Ghazal community and therefore rejecting your apology is the commission of sin against innocent person like Brother David, his side of Dinka and God of our ancestors ;

Second to that you are a nationalist brother and South Sudan is bigger than Dinka on both sides of the river Nile. However, what hurt me the most is how these heavy words “loose, half lawless and lawless” slipped into your good intended article as you said brother. But still your apology is bigger than those words dear brother.

Third to that I discovered that we will both get hurt for no good cause if I remain silent on your apology. The entire Dinka community of Bhar el Ghazal got hurt when they see you describing them and let me quote you brother “as we all know Dinka Bhar el Ghazal are half lawless or loose and lawless people.” This statement almost killed the unity we have as Dinka community in South Sudan and as South Sudanese at large.

My response to you was also celebrated by Dinka Bhar el Ghazal but I got hurt too when I see more and more people got hurt of it. Please we all know that in every society there are weaknesses but talking of them in current situation as far as our country is concerned, we are going to breed more hatred as you mentioned in your sub-article to those who got hurt and wanted you to response accordingly.

Brother Aoloch as I love to address you that way, you are a man brother that can never be swayed by pressure as I have witnessed in some statements that wanted you to response and hit back like Ayuel has done to your community in particular yourself whom I directly insult. Please there are situations that need calm response or just simple ignorance and that is what you have done brother.

To my Brother Mamer Deng Jur, I know I hurt your nerves just like we got hurt when the bad description of me and my community was posted in public. It was a sad day for me and my Dinka Bhar el Ghazal community and that forced me to response after receiving a lot of pressure from the youth I represented here in Kenya. I can’t say in any way that I was proud to give back in response to my brother Aoloch. It is sad as I felt hurt so much that we ended up hurting our both sides of blood and backgrounds.

Please Mamer, I ask in simple language to please take back your words that I described Bor community as “thugs, cowards, unintelligent and lack justice.” I know I hurt you brother but please don’t put those words into my mouth for I have never given such description to Bor people for God sake. I was directly talking to one man in the name David Aoloch Bion whom I felt guilty for hurting him.

If I happened to have cause you harm in one or another please understand the conditions under which my community and myself where in at that particular time. The situations you well elaborated to Aoloch to explain what he really meant describing Bhar el Ghazal Dinka as loose and lawless people. I am not proud in any way brother Mamer to have said such words in response to Aoloch, the brother I love his attitude despite not having known him physically.

Please feel cool brother and do not incite David to response again to us for it will complicate our lives for no cause at all. David has admitted his guilt not because he was a coward or faked articulator of news but the wider picture of South Sudan forced him to act that way brother Mamer Deng Jur. Be kind to him please and hold no grudge for having led you down as you said.

David Aoloch Bion is a man of his words and indeed it was him who cause all these mess we are in but since he held himself responsible for all damages he has caused, I beg you and all others to forgive him just like we have forgiven him.

I hold myself responsible for any cause that I have made to you brother and all others who have read our articles and those who are still to get these articles. My statement of words is never slipped of tongue but I must say I was not proud of it and in particular having cause damage to my fellow Dinka man like Bion and all others I have touched indirectly. Please put it back and let us assume nothing has ever happened and this will be best future for us all.

Brother Kur Wel Kur please forgive us too and hold nothing against me or my community or Bion whom we all hold responsible for having triggered the gun and went off violently causing unnecessary damage to us all. Ayuel Madut Chan is my real name for those who might think that I am hiding my true identity and Youth chairman of Bhar el Ghazal in Kenya.

God Bless South Sudan,

God bless greater Dinka in South Sudan

Cheers! Cheers! Cheers! Of love to you all brethren and fellow country men and women and May God Almighty forgive our sins and grant us peace Amen!
